How to Use the LilyDrip

Step 1: Prepare Materials You'll need a pour-over filter, the LilyDrip ceramic piece, and a Compact Filter Shaper (CFS).

Step 2: Shape the Filter Fold the filter along the crease and place it on top of the CFS. Use your finger to gently press the filter into the shaper to form an inverse cone. Alternatively, you can use the LilyDrip to help shape the filter.

Step 3: Place the LilyDrip in the Brewer Gently place the LilyDrip at the bottom of any cone-shaped brewer. It will help the filter maintain the inverse cone shape during brewing.

Step 4: Wet the Filter and Add Grounds Wet the filter, then pour the coffee grounds around the filter and give them a gentle shake to level them out. You're now ready to brew your pour-over coffee as usual.
